Ordering:
If you have items that you wish to purchase from us and you do not wish to use our shopping cart and online payment methods, please contact us by telephone or email to discuss the details and place your order.
Order Confirmation:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Order confirmations are not sent automatically, but by real people, so they may not arrive immediately after placing your order, especially if you order outside of our normal business hours.
Product Range:
All product images used on this site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same colour. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms and conditions.
General Terms:
All orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. We will only accept your offer and therefore enter into a contract with you once we have dispatched the goods to you and confirmed this by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any time, although normally this would be if the product you have ordered is unavailable or withdrawn, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, or we have identified a pricing or product description error.
