We try to keep our delivery information as simple and accurate as possible even though we supply a wide range of products from packets of seeds up to large log cabins. Delivery Price

UK Delivery

Many of the items for sale on this website include free delivery to UK addresses. This generally means to the UK mainland, however, there may be additional charges for delivery to more remote areas, such as Scotland, Cornwall and some areas of Wales. Please contact us if you are at all unsure whether you qualify for free delivery prior to placing your order.

International Delivery

All prices on this website relate to UK delivery. At present, we are only able to offer international delivery on Fibreglass Planters. Please call us for a quotation.

Delivery Methods:

Many larger items are delivered by lorry using pallet trucks or lorry mounted cranes (HiAb). We will contact you prior to dispatch of your purchase to make delivery arrangements with you.

If you are purchasing larger items such as sheds, summerhouses and log cabins, the following points will generally apply:

Delivery Times

We try to be accurate with the expected delivery times that are shown on our product pages, however, these are estimated and products may arrive sooner or occasionally later than expected. Please let us know if delivery time is of the essence when ordering, so that we can make suitable arrangements.

At peak times, such as May / June, delivery times may be longer than that shown on the product information page. If you wish to confirm a delivery time prior to ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We can offer expedited or timed deliveries at extra cost on most items.

If at any time, we find that your order will be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will of course let you know and give you the chance to cancel your order, receiving a full refund of any funds paid to us.

We cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods, however, we obtain tracking details and full insurance for all items in transit.
